The process for on-line framing orders: Customers are welcome to visit our frameshop and gallery to choose mats and frames for triathlon or other sports memorabilia. If you are ordering on-line, the process is as follows : 1) Send us your items that you want framed. Photos can be e-mailed as attachments. You may specify the type of frame and mat colors at this point or wait for our suggestions. 2) We will cut a test mat and e-mail the layout for your approval. 3) Once the mat layout / color and frame type / color have been agreed upon, we will e-mail an invoice that includes shipping and insurance 4) Payment is secured through Paypal. 5) Your order is processed and is shipped to you within 14 - 16 days. We are expert packers and use plexi-glas rather than glass to eliminate the possibility of breakage.
